On the Sunday before Halloween, Ben hosted his first potluck party for all of his friends. There were friends from the Special Care Nursery who we hadn't seen in a while, neighbors, and even friends who we've only dreamed of meeting (Benny from Staten Island, we love you!).
There was a beautiful ladybug, some pumpkins, and apparently, a very hip rapper in a pumpkin hat.
Ben had been dressed in a very cute "Baby's First Halloween" outfit from his cousin Lainey, but moments before the party he managed to puke all over it. So, Momma P dug out the only other Halloween-eque shirt. And, as the picture will attest, Ben ended up looking very much like a sheltered suburban boy trying to look like a rapper.
